We are currently looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing executive to join our company to design, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a salary in line with the national minimum wage.

The role of our Social Media Marketing Executive will be to design, create and implement the campaigns on various marketing initiatives to grow our social media following and digital presence on a national scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in being the voice on social media including responding and escalating as necessary to consumers and staying engaged in the conversation
  • Assisting in the execution of new initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all of our platforms
  • Being current across all new emerging technologies and social communities
  • Participating in the development of social media strategies and key programming throughout the year
  • Monitoring and distributing user-generated content
  • Uploading content in line with the brand guidelines and social media strategy
  • Tracking our competitors and brands that set a high standard of presentation and creativity
  • Identifying brand partnerships and brand positioning influencers
  • Coordinating contracts, samples, and gifting for outreach
  • Supporting the Manager to ensure that KPI targets are met or exceeded
  • Building strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure good representation of the brand, and to get things done cross-departmentally

What we are looking for in our ideal Social Media Marketing Assistant:

  • Strong understanding and passion for social media. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • PC literate – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good use of creative design packages, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent would be a benefit but not essential
  • Very well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Competent to work on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and confident with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Photography skills would be advantageous
  • Creative with strong visual skills (knows what good photography looks like)
  • Good communicator with strong written English
