JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled FEMALE - HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources

practices and processes. In this dynamic role you will work with our recruiting team, hiring

managers and staffing agencies to ensure staffing levels are maintained. You will support

supervisors and managers with employee relations and development for their hourly employees.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES:

i. To provide first line of contact for employees and other plan administrators and bridge a

successful employee-employer relationship.

ii. To manage the complete recruitment and selection process of the organization.

iii. To maintain pay plan and benefits program.

iv. To take proactive approach in providing front line assistance regarding program policies,

and procedures of functionality at the organization.

v. To develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the

organization and nurture positive work environment.

vi. To handle regular documentation of daily business matters and keep the management

informed.

vii. To build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

viii. To asses training needs and monitor training programs.

ix. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

i. The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or

related field.

ii. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years PROVEN work experience as HR manager

in high volume call center environment and/or related domains.

iii. The candidate is expected to have Basic Human Resources knowledge (benefits,

employee relations, HRIS) and specific work knowledge of Call Centre industry.

iv. The ideal candidate should have an intermediate Microsoft Excel experience - being able

to modify spreadsheets, and perform multitasking.

v. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency with communications skills,

influence, adaptability/flexibility and building professional relationships.

vi. The candidate should be able to provide at least 2 references if or when required.

i. Market competitive Salary

ii. Pick and drop service/allowance

iii. Relaxed Office Hours: 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm (5 days a week)

iv. Bonus and other monetary benefits will be provided based on performance and

dependability.
