RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use standard lab protocols to perform laboratory tests and correctly enter the results in the software.
- Verification of results and ensure that they are correctly matched with the specimen.
- Determine specimen validly and call for fresh sample if a specimen is rejected.
- Identify, diagnose and repair issues that may arise with the the laboratory equipment.
- Label and organize all tests appropriately to make sure that they are easily retrievable.
- Performs daily, monthly control procedures as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain required temperature of the refrigerators and monitoring temperature.
- Maintenance of files and Filing on weekly basis , Maintain inventory and generate demand for store
- Samples preparation for testing i.e Centrifugation , mixing
- Run internal QC and maintain QC charts
- Phlebotomy on need basis
- Any other task assigned by the management.
