- Policy & SOP Development: Draft, update and secure approvals for Agri Credit SOPs.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain healthy credit portfolio, contain NPLs and maximize recoveries.
- Business Growth: Conduct market research, identify new Agri opportunities and set annual KPIs.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT, and Shariah principles.
