PPCBL is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team in Lahore as the Head of Project Transformation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project transformation initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery processes and enhance overall project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change management efforts.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Report on project transformation progress and impact to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 14 years of formal education.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in project transformation or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
