The Education Department is looking for a skilled and motivated Head of Advocacy, PR & Communication to lead its efforts in enhancing public perception, community involvement, and institutional influence. This leadership role demands a strategic communicator who can engage effectively with parents, donors, leadership, and the broader public while respecting the faith, traditions, and values that define our institutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong emotional and spiritual connection to these relationships, ensuring that all messaging aligns with the department’s mission and core principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic advocacy and public relations campaigns that reflect the department’s mission and values.
- Build and sustain effective communication channels with parents, community leaders, donors, media, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead marketing, outreach, and reputation management initiatives across all schools and affiliated organizations.
- Design and implement programs that foster community participation and parental engagement.
- Create compelling content including speeches, press releases, and publications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Plan and manage events, exhibitions, campaigns, and community forums that promote departmental goals.
- Oversee digital communication strategies, including content creation and visual branding for internal and external platforms.
- Act as the department’s primary spokesperson in media relations and public engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in advocacy, communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within education or community-focused organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns, engaging diverse stakeholders, and handling media relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- High emotional intelligence with a nuanced understanding of community sensitivities and cultural values.
- Strong leadership skills, including expertise in strategic planning and crisis communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple institutions and engage with varied audiences.
