The Head of BI & Reporting will lead the business intelligence, reporting, and analytics functions across PostEx’s Fintech and Logistics operations. This role is critical in delivering accurate business insights, developing and maintaining dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting management in making data-driven decisions that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BI and reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate reports are delivered to management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor overall business performance and key metrics.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps, cost inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor performance across multiple domains including Fintech, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business reports.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with Technology and business teams to integrate data from various systems.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the BI and reporting team to build a high-performing unit.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Reporting.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting automation, and data governance principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in fintech, logistics, e-commerce, or technology-driven organizations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver timely and accurate management reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
