Head of Biology

Mentr is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Biology educator to join our academic team as the Head of Biology. This role is based onsite in Lahore, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality MDCAT preparation by creating engaging educational content and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence. This position requires a professional with a strong background in Biology education and a passion for guiding aspiring medical students.

Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality Biology lecture videos tailored for MDCAT preparation.
- Clearly explain MDCAT multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Mentor and support students throughout their exam preparation journey.
- Assist in writing and developing comprehensive notes and educational books.
- Contribute to the creation of effective, student-centered learning materials that enhance understanding and retention.

Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of relevant teaching experience in Biology.
- Strong command of Biology concepts and thorough knowledge of MDCAT exam requirements.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
