Head of Business Development

Intermoda is a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion company that operates on a vertically integrated, demand-driven model. This approach allows Intermoda to design confidently, produce according to actual market needs, and maintain lean inventory levels. Lineamode, the export division, specializes in producing apparel for international brands. As this division expands, Intermoda is seeking a versatile commercial professional to bridge product development, sourcing, costing, and production, ensuring seamless delivery of every order.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary commercial liaison for Lineamode, managing orders from initial techpack creation through to shipment.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product Development teams to develop samples and finalize techpacks.
- Accurately cost each design, considering materials and production expenses.
- Source materials from both local and international vendors, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with Production to confirm capacity and ensure alignment with order requirements.
- Monitor quality standards and lead times throughout the production process to guarantee timely delivery.
- Ensure every order is competitively priced, efficiently sourced, and delivered on schedule, supporting the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commercial role within the fashion or apparel industry, ideally involving product development, sourcing, costing, and production coordination.
- Strong understanding of techpacks, sample development, and garment costing methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across design, sourcing, and production teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to track orders and resolve issues proactively.
- Familiarity with sourcing materials from both domestic and international markets.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and meeting delivery deadlines.
