The role involves leading the organization’s Compliance, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) function across all nationwide facilities. The focus areas include compliance management, audit oversight, SOP governance, and ensuring regulatory readiness. This position requires establishing and maintaining a robust compliance framework that aligns with statutory, regulatory, industry, and client-specific requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments to embed a culture of safety and compliance throughout daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and monitor a national compliance framework across all facilities, ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory, industry, and client-specific standards.
- Maintain all regulatory documentation, licenses, approvals, and compliance records, while keeping abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring timely implementation.
- Lead internal, external, regulatory, and client audits, ensuring continuous audit readiness across all locations.
- Manage audit findings through root-cause analysis and oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) closure.
- Develop, review, standardize, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and checklists to ensure their sanctity and proper implementation both on paper and operationally.
- Establish consistent QHSE standards across warehousing and storage operations, driving risk assessments, incident and near-miss investigations, emergency preparedness, and safety compliance.
- Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and facility-level environmental controls.
- Ensure quality, traceability, storage, and process controls relevant to FMCG, pharmaceutical, and agricultural clients are maintained.
- Guarantee that every new facility is compliant and QHSE-ready prior to operationalization by conducting facility compliance and risk assessments and ensuring all necessary approvals, SOPs, safety, and environmental controls are in place.
- Update compliance requirements following expansions, relocations, new processes, or client demands.
- Lead the national QHSE/Compliance team by setting KPIs, training, and development plans.
- Collaborate closely with Facility Leads, Operations, Engineering, HR, Security, and other relevant functions.
- Promote a culture where compliance and safety are integral to daily operations rather than merely documentation exercises.
- Provide regular QHSE/compliance dashboards, risk reports, and management updates to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Senior-level experience in Compliance, QHSE, HSE, Quality, or Safety roles with strong multi-site or nationwide operations exposure.
- Proven expertise in audit management, SOP governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and CAPA processes.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, agricultural, or similar industries is preferred.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and implement field-level initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Certifications such as ISO, NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant credentials are highly desirable.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from PKR 300,000 to 350,000.
- The role requires in-person work at various facility locations nationwide.

This position offers an opportunity to lead and shape the QHSE function within a dynamic, multi-industry environment, ensuring compliance excellence and operational safety across all facilities.
