Head of Delivery - SI/Cyber Security/Managed Services

The Head of Delivery – SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services is responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of Jazz Enterprise Solutions’ systems integration, cybersecurity, and managed services portfolio across Pakistan. This senior leadership role ensures solution integrity, delivery quality, and customer acceptance for network, data center, and security infrastructure projects. The position also involves building and developing a certified, multi-vendor delivery practice, establishing managed services capabilities, and sustaining customer satisfaction post-implementation. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery & Services, the role covers nationwide delivery and requires close collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Own customer-facing delivery for systems integration (SI), cybersecurity, and managed services, including design, SLA frameworks, Tier 3/4 technical support, and customer service reviews.
- Act as the senior technical authority for all SI engagements, ensuring solution integrity, design validation, and technical sign-off from project initiation through customer acceptance.
- Manage delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, risk, turnaround time compliance, and revenue recognition readiness.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering during solution design to validate technical feasibility, effort, and resource availability before commercial commitments.
- Lead resolution of complex technical escalations and represent Jazz in critical customer interventions.
- Oversee delivery of GPU-capable compute/storage and air-gapped backup solutions where applicable.
- Own delivery cost, engineer utilization, partner professional-services spend, penalty risks, and margin management.
- Manage cybersecurity and compliance delivery, including SecOps engagements (SIEM, SOAR, VAPT, IAM/PAM, micro-segmentation), security certifications, and Enterprise GRC compliance aligned with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
- Design and deliver managed services for SI and cybersecurity contracts with multi-year commitments, including service catalogues, SLA constructs, escalation management, and periodic reviews.
- Build and develop the SI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure delivery practice by recruiting, assessing, and mentoring engineers, defining skills matrices, and managing certification programs aligned with OEM partner tiers.
- Represent delivery at senior levels during escalations, steering committees, and acceptance milestones with enterprise, financial services, and public sector customers.
- Manage OEM, partner, and subcontractor relationships, ensuring smooth coordination with Delivery Excellence, Tech PMO, and Delivery Supply Chain teams.
- Provide regular delivery performance reports to leadership covering milestones, quality, certification, SLA compliance, utilization, cost, and resource coverage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, including at least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams of 15+ engineers across multiple technology domains.
- Proven track record of building and retaining technical teams, including hiring senior specialists during ongoing delivery.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-vendor systems integration programs to formal customer acceptance.
- Experience managing managed services or post-implementation support governed by contractual SLAs, including accountability for penalty or liquidated damages risk.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Deep hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, compute, storage, backup, and network security, with technical authority over senior engineers.
- Expert-level certifications such as CCIE, HCIE, or equivalent; CISSP or similar security credentials are advantageous.
- Knowledge of virtualization, software-defined data centers, SDN/SD-WAN, GPU-capable infrastructure, and air-gapped backup solutions.
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and security certification requirements relevant to regulated customers.
- Project or service management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s enterprise technology market, including OEM and distributor ecosystems, procurement practices, and competitive landscape.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in financial services (banks, insurance, fintech) and public sector environments.
- Established relationships with OEMs and channel partners in Pakistan.
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent executive communication skills and ability to engage at CxO level.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding effort estimation, resourcing, utilization, delivery margin, and cost management.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing live delivery with capability building.
