We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic “Head of DigitalStrategist and Creative ” who will be responsible for developing solutions to meet clients’ brand objectives based on consumer insight and data. Incumbent must have prior experience ofworking in Digital Agency.
- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs
- Work closely with leadership to build up strategies towards achieving the growth objectives
- Establish effective relationship with multiple stakeholders (Category, operations, engineering etc.)
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Define and manage the marketing plan and budget
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
Familiarity with web design and HTML
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
