Selecto Retail is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Finance Department to lead its accounting and financial operations in Faisalabad. This full-time leadership role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and risk management to safeguard the company’s financial health and support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial analysis, taxation management, audit coordination, and ERP system management. Leading a team of eight professionals, the Head of Finance will collaborate across departments to implement effective financial strategies, maintain internal controls, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, policies, and internal controls to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
- Oversee all financial accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements by coordinating audits, tax filings, reconciliations, and liaising with regulatory authorities and auditors.
- Identify financial risks and establish appropriate controls and mitigation plans to manage vulnerabilities.
- Supervise taxation management, ensuring accurate application of tax laws and regulations and maintaining tax compliance.
- Utilize ERP systems and financial modeling techniques to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business planning and operational processes.
- Lead and develop the Accounts & Finance team of eight members, fostering a high-performance culture through mentoring and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, tools, and reporting to strengthen the department’s contribution to business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in taxation management and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling techniques.
