A leading Asset Management company, operating in Pakistan is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals for the post of Head of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
To develop HR Initiatives and systems seeking input / review by all concerned (including hiring of staff at Head Office and Branches).
To develop HR as a strategic function within the organization.
Developing and implementing a performance evaluation and management system and conduct a work load assessment program.
Identifying and implementing in-house and external training programs within organization
- MBA / Master preferably Human Resource Degree from HEC recognized university with 3-5 years’ experience of working in a reputable institution.
