Key Responsibilities

The role involves leading and managing HR operations across both Pakistan and U.S. teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution. Overseeing talent acquisition, recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding processes is essential to attract and retain top talent. The Head of HR will drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development programs. Enhancing employee engagement, retention, organizational culture, and overall development is critical. Managing employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns effectively is also required. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR practices applicable in both Pakistan and the United States is a key aspect of the role. Coordination of payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR-related financial inputs in collaboration with the Finance department is expected. Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership roles, is essential. Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. or other international operations is required. Strong expertise in HR strategy, operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance is necessary.
