Head of Information Technology

Oxiliry is seeking an experienced ERP Technology Lead to drive the organization’s ERP strategy, implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement efforts. This role will primarily focus on managing the Zoho ERP platform and other integrated business systems to support scalable technology solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into effective ERP solutions, lead automation and digital transformation initiatives, optimize cross-functional processes, and collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. Strong strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure ERP systems support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ERP technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, integration, customization, and optimization of ERP platforms.
- Manage the Zoho ERP/Zoho One ecosystem, ensuring its effective use across departments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify technology-driven efficiency and scalability opportunities.
- Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled ERP solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on automation and process optimization.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and integrated ERP architecture.
- Oversee integrations between ERP and other business applications and data sources.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to streamline processes through technology.
- Establish ERP governance, standards, documentation, system controls, and data integrity practices.
- Monitor ERP system performance, adoption rates, operational efficiency, and key technology metrics.
- Identify system gaps and recommend enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
- Manage relationships with Zoho, technology vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
- Lead change management and user adoption efforts to ensure successful system rollouts.
- Ensure technology projects meet timelines, scope, quality, and business requirements.
- Build and mentor a high-performing ERP and technology team, including internal staff and external vendors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and technology-driven problem solving.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership on ERP performance, risks, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in technology, ERP, enterprise applications, or leadership roles.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho or similar ERP platforms.
- Proven track record leading ERP implementations, integrations, customizations, and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional ERP solutions.
- Experience working across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, CRM, HRMS, and other business functions.
- Solid knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, automation, data management, and scalability.
- Experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience collaborating with global or geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Extensive experience within the Zoho One ecosystem, including customization, automation, integrations, and application management.
- Experience with multi-site or multinational ERP implementations.
- Exposure to analytics, business intelligence, data governance, and reporting platforms.
- Background in business process reengineering, digital transformation, or enterprise technology modernization.
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
