* This position is for one of the renowned textile sector based in Lahore*

 

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing plans including preparation of said plans, successful implementation and execution, development and management of new clients, training of sales agents, planning of sales targets, ensuring marketing KPI’s are met and retaining existing clients and brokers.

Responsibilities as Head of Marketing

·         Marketing Plan & Execution: Responsible to develop annual and then quarterly marketing plan in the start of the year by keeping in view company’s yearly marketing budget, so that organization can follow the plan in its true spirit.

·         Sales Target Planning: Plan Annual targets of Sales with Director after analyzing last year sales, future growth and production capacity (separate target setting for all kinds of yarns for local as well as export sales).

·         Achieve Sales Targets: Conduct direct business development activities, including visits to new potential or current clients,  Lead Marketing and Sales operations and its staff through daily meetings, setting sales targets and getting customer satisfaction reports on defined periodic basis. Achieve quarterly sales targets.

·         New Clients & Sales Agents Development: Develop new clients & sales agents in local as well as in export markets to increase customer base for the company and hence boost the sales.

·         Sampling Requirements: Ensure that the sample is developed accurately as per the customized needs of the client.

·         Profitability Analysis: Responsible to perform the profitability analysis unit wise and count wise.

·         PPC & Dispatch: Make sure to get the Spin plans and dispatch plans developed by concerned staff members while ensuring maximum profitability and supervise the dispatch processing being performed by concerned staff members.

·         Export Sales Management: Responsible to achieve the export sales target by himself through new client development and retaining existing clients.

·         Retaining Existing Clients & Brokers: Responsible to maintain a close liaison with existing sales agents and clients (direct clients) to retain them on the company’s behalf.

·         Rejections Handling: In case of rejection of production by customer (both local and export sales), highly responsible to coordinate with the concerned Unit Head to address the issue by the client and immediately resolve it.  

Audits/Certifications: Responsible to carry out the audit activities related to his domain for the concerned units.
