Head of Processing

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Processing to oversee our immigration case processing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality file management, timely case processing, strict compliance with regulations, and minimizing client complaints. This leadership role demands a detail-oriented professional who can drive efficiency and maintain excellent standards across all processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire processing department, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
- Guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant handling of immigration cases.
- Implement strategies to reduce errors, delays, refunds, and client complaints.
- Monitor turnaround times and maintain file quality standards consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and management teams to streamline workflows.
- Develop, prepare, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processing activities.
- Supervise, train, and manage the performance of processing staff to enhance productivity.
- Handle escalated and high-priority cases with diligence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure readiness for audits at all times.
- Submit regular reports on processing performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree or Law graduate is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in immigration processing or case management.
- At least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role within a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent coordination and people management skills to lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on delivering exceptional client service.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience handling cases related to study, visit, work permits, citizenship, or permanent residency.
- Previous work experience in an immigration consultancy or law firm setting.
- Familiarity with quality control and compliance systems within immigration processing.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 150,000 per month, complemented by lucrative commission opportunities.
