Deliver regular and ad hoc reports covering donor performance, fundraising trends, product outcomes, and senior management updates. Set and monitor key performance indicators for products, donor journeys, systems, and team performance. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and coordinate cross-functional data and reporting needs with internal and global teams.
Systems, Automation, and Data Governance: Provide strategic leadership for the Donor Management System, ensuring its reliability, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement. Drive automation and system improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve data quality. Ensure systems effectively support fundraising campaigns, donor servicing, product management, and reporting. Establish and maintain robust data governance practices, including data definitions, quality standards, access controls, and reporting protocols. Document all dashboards, reports, processes, and workflows with data dictionaries, standard operating procedures, and maintain a central repository for knowledge sharing and team training.
