Deliver regular and ad hoc reports on donor performance, fundraising trends, product outcomes, and campaign results. Define and monitor KPIs for products, donor journeys, systems, and departmental performance. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional data and reporting requirements with internal teams and global partners.

Systems, Automation, and Data Governance: Provide strategic oversight of the Donor Management System to ensure reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data definitions, quality standards, access controls, and reporting protocols. Document all dashboards, reports, processes, and workflows, maintaining a central repository and conducting training to support knowledge sharing.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Products & Analytics team. Develop departmental plans, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
