Define outcome measures and MEL frameworks for portfolio areas including College and HSU, alumni engagement, counselling, parallel career pathways, intermediate education, digital engagement, livelihoods, and school engagement. Review program performance and student outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
