Head Of Retail Operations

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Retail Operations to lead and manage operations across multiple retail branches for our client. The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in driving sales growth, developing and standardizing SOPs, overseeing recruitment, managing inventory and stock quality, building strong teams, and ensuring overall branch maintenance and operational efficiency. Candidates with prior experience at Imtiaz Super Store, Chase Up, Chase Value, or Hyperstar will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across several retail branches, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs, policies, reporting systems, and operational frameworks.
- Drive sales growth by monitoring KPIs, controlling operating costs, and meeting business targets.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, training, team leadership, and performance evaluations across all locations.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, quality control, replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Oversee complete branch operations including maintenance, store presentation, facilities management, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance profitability.
- Build and nurture strong management teams, establishing clear accountability and reporting lines.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, HR, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and develop strategies to support business expansion.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in senior retail leadership roles such as Head of Retail Operations or General Manager Operations.
- Proven track record in managing multi-branch retail operations with full responsibility for branch performance.
- Strong expertise in SOP development, sales management, recruitment, inventory control, and stock quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to design organizational structures, develop teams, and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously, drive accountability, and deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with experience at Imtiaz Super Store, Chase Up, Chase Value, or Hyperstar will be prioritized.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs300,000 to Rs400,000.
- Full-time position requiring in-person presence at branch locations.
