Located in Lahore, Pakistan, Dream 3, a prominent education consultancy, is seeking a Head of School Partnerships to lead and expand its relationships with leading schools and educational institutions. This senior, client-facing role requires a strategic professional who will act as the primary representative of Dream 3 to its school partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the organization at the highest level. The role demands extensive experience in the education sector, a deep understanding of school environments and stakeholders, and a proven track record in building and managing institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main representative of Dream 3 to school partners and institutional stakeholders.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prominent schools and educational institutions in Lahore.
- Identify and secure new school partnerships that align with Dream 3’s strategic objectives.
- Manage communications and relationships with senior school leadership, including principals, heads of school, counsellors, and other key decision-makers.
- Gain a thorough understanding of partner schools’ needs to uncover opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
- Lead partnership discussions, presentations, meetings, and negotiations with both prospective and existing partners.
- Represent Dream 3 at school events, workshops, meetings, and other relevant forums to strengthen visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and commitments to school partners.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with existing partners and explore opportunities to deepen and expand these relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven experience working with prominent schools or well-established educational institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, develop, and manage institutional partnerships successfully.
- Excellent spoken English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing role and representing an organization externally.
- Experience in college counselling, student mentoring, academic advising, or university admissions is highly advantageous.
- An internationally recognized undergraduate or master’s degree is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
