The Catalyst Group is recruiting on behalf of Dream 3, a prominent education consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan, for the position of Head of School Partnerships. This senior role involves leading and managing relationships with top schools and educational institutions in Lahore. The successful candidate will act as the primary representative of Dream 3 to its school partners, fostering long-term collaborations, identifying new partnership opportunities, and representing the organization at key events and meetings. The role demands a deep understanding of the education sector, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior school leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and representative of Dream 3 to school partners and institutional stakeholders.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with leading schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and secure new school partnerships aligned with Dream 3’s strategic goals.
- Manage interactions with senior school leadership, including principals, heads of schools, counsellors, and other decision-makers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of partner schools’ needs to uncover opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
- Lead partnership discussions, presentations, meetings, and negotiations with both prospective and existing partners.
- Represent Dream 3 at school events, workshops, meetings, and other relevant forums.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and commitments to school partners.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with existing partners and explore opportunities to deepen and expand these relationships.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of working with prominent schools or well-established educational institutions.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing, developing, or managing institutional partnerships.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing role and representing an organization externally.
- Strong professionalism, confidence, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in college counselling, student mentoring, academic advising, or university admissions is highly advantageous.
- An international and relevant undergraduate or master’s degree is preferred.
