Key Responsibilities

- Retouch professional headshots sourced from mobile phone images, achieving a natural and realistic finish.
- Correct skin tone, reduce noise, and address mixed lighting, exposure issues, and soft focus.
- Minimize or remove glasses glare while preserving the authenticity of the image.
- Perform seamless background swaps and composites that appear believable.
- Maintain consistent quality across large batches of images.
- Deliver work punctually, meeting daily and weekly volume targets.
- Follow established retouching guidelines and quality standards rigorously.
- Apply feedback effectively and efficiently to improve output.
- Communicate proactively if any issues arise that could impact timelines or quality.

Required Qualifications

- Expertise in natural skin retouching that preserves texture without creating an over-processed or plastic appearance.
- Proficiency in clean hair masking and edge refinement with no visible halos.
- Strong skills in realistic background compositing.
- Advanced color correction and exposure balancing, particularly in challenging lighting conditions.
- Excellent time management and ability to maintain consistency at scale.
- Strict adherence to non-destructive editing workflows, including expert use of adjustment layers, layer masks, and smart objects, avoiding destructive pixel editing.
- Ownership of a graphics tablet (such as Wacom, Huion, XP-Pen, or similar).
- Valid Adobe Photoshop subscription (no unauthorized software).
- Use of a high-quality laptop or desktop display (MacBook Pro Retina or equivalent) with accurate sRGB color calibration; DCI-P3 support is a plus.
