Key Responsibilities
As a full-time, on-site Health Insurance Agent based in Islamabad, you will advise clients on a variety of health insurance options, including individual plans, group policies, and Medicare-related products where applicable. Your daily tasks will involve assessing client needs, explaining policy coverage and benefits clearly, obtaining quotations, and preparing detailed proposals. You will support clients throughout the enrollment and claims processes, ensuring a smooth experience. Maintaining accurate records and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction are essential parts of the role. Collaboration with internal teams to meet sales and service targets is expected. Staying updated on regulatory changes, insurer products, and market trends is critical to providing reliable and informed guidance to clients.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance, particularly health insurance and Medicare products, including relevant regulations.
- Experience in insurance brokerage, with skills in client advisory, policy selection, and claims assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly and professionally.
- A customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- High attention to detail, accurate documentation practices, and basic proficiency with office and CRM software.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and comply with all relevant regulatory and licensing requirements.
