Health KP is seeking a dedicated Lady Health Worker (LHV) for HF & Outreach to support community health initiatives focused on maternal and child health care. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive maternal and child health care including antenatal and postnatal services to community members.
Conduct community health education sessions aimed at improving health knowledge and practices related to nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Deliver effective counseling and communication to individuals and families to support healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
Implement community health outreach programs to increase awareness and encourage utilization of health services.
Collect and accurately report health data using mobile health tools to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of health programs.
Collaborate with local health facilities and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of outreach activities with broader health services.
Identify and refer patients requiring further medical attention to appropriate health facilities in a timely manner.
Maintain professional registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council and comply with all relevant health regulations and guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training and capacity-building sessions to update knowledge and skills related to community health.
Support immunization campaigns and other public health initiatives targeted within the community.
