- Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Ensure orders/summaries are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines.
- Pick items according to the Summaries/Order form.
- Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and workstations neat and clean.
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Constantly work to improve processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
- Train and guide new warehouse workers.
- Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to.
- Identify errors eliminate root causes, and sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line company-wise with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
- To verify stock batch-wise, preparation of daily summary.
- To check stock to the delivery man.
- To open and lock the warehouse daily by themselves.
- Liaise with loaders & suppliers as and when required promptly
- Store employees will provide stock checking details, expiry details, leakage details, and breaking reports before the 5th of every month.§ Store employees will be responsible for any variation of stock.
- Store employees must provide the company's expiry before the 9th of every month.
- If any employee wants to resign the job, he will be responsible for handling and clearing the stock details. After that company will clear the dues of the employee.
- Dues will not be clear before stock clearance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Management.
