Health Units is looking for an experienced WordPress designer and developer to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Designing, testing, and implementing custom website pages, themes, and forms.
• Implementing WordPress themes optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
• Editing and customizing WordPress plugins and themes
• Maintaining, updating, and monitoring hosted websites and managing site security
• Working with business teams to achieve results fast
• Good with server side work on cloud based servers
Position requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Comfortable and familiar with PHP, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Expert with WordPress administration, security, backup, and deployment.
• Experience with coding both responsive and mobile websites.
• Experience with MySQL Database maintenance and administration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
