Responsibilities • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships• Actively participate in large ticket size sales• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.• Hiring and monitoring the performance of the sales team and holding weekly sales meetings• Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.Requirements• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services• Proven ability to position products against competitors• Demonstrable experience as sales leader, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills• Excellent verbal and written communications skillsHealthwire is a Technology company on a mission to improve access to healthcare in Pakistan.
