The Heating Air Conditioning Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Sargodha Division. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in both residential and commercial settings. The specialist will conduct inspections of HVAC components, diagnose system issues, perform necessary adjustments and repairs, and carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. The position requires responding promptly to service calls, effectively communicating with customers about the scope of work and timelines, and maintaining accurate records of all services performed. Coordination with other trades, adherence to company safety protocols, and proper upkeep of tools and equipment are also essential aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Inspect HVAC components regularly to identify and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
- Respond to service calls promptly and communicate clearly with customers regarding necessary work and expected timelines.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all completed tasks.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, including ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to efficiently resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
- Experience with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, such as piping connections and leak repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and respectful client interaction.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and adhere to safety standards consistently.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or a related field; local licensing or trade certification is advantageous.
- Physical capability to work on-site, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and safely operating power tools.
- Basic proficiency with computers or mobile devices for using service management software and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet project and site requirements.
