Hello Doctor (part of Rehability UK Group) a market leader in healthcare sector is looking for a social media assistant for its fast-paced growth and development. Hello Doctor eco-system not only help people with medical needs but also helps in preventive medicine and fitness. As a videographer, you will have the opportunity to create, edit and post video content which will satisfy your professional urge by making an actual difference in society. You will be responsible of making regular fitness contents, medical education and medical awareness programs along with other for increasing engagement. Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company's social media platforms.
  • Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand new and existing social networks.
  • Create and reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
  • Working with senior team to develop comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Implement optimization strategies, analyse data, and investigate the most effective ways to increase traffic.
  • Attending social media-related meetings as required to represent the company.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
  • Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes.


  • Strong writing, grammatic and editorial skills
  • A bachelor's degree in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
  • A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
  • Ad Copy writing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.
  • Working knowledge of social media tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
