1. Call processing just on time
2. Process the fax just on time.
3. Routing the visitors to right person
4. Arranging meal for visitor when required.
5. Receive inward mails from courier’s person and distribute into the all departments during the day.
6. Receive the all outward mails from the departments and hand it over to courier’s person at 5.00 pm daily.
7. Mail record keeping in the register on daily basis.
8. Keep the reception area clean all the time.
