We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with outbound calls, and possess a keen ability to engage potential clients. This role involves reaching out to prospects, generating interest in our services, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a record of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve set KPIs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles.
Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM
