•       Able to Maintain and increase sales of the company's products

•       Ability to serve the needs of existing customers.

•  Able to Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.

•       Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

•       Able to Compile and analyze sales figures.

•       Collecting customer feedback and market research.

•       Reporting to senior managers.

•       Keeping up to date with products and competitor.

•       Conduct Farmer Meetings and follow up.

•       Conduct regular field visits.
