Agents will utilize various call center software and telephone communication systems to conduct cold calling, lead generation, and telemarketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Maintain and manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely information regarding financial services.
Conduct outbound calls using call center software to generate leads and promote HG Markets products and services.
Implement telemarketing techniques and cold calling strategies to expand client base and support sales objectives.
Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track client interactions and sales activities accurately.
Engage with clients to provide information about stock exchanges including PSX and PMEX, fostering greater market awareness and interest.
Collaborate with sales teams to support marketing campaigns and ensure seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests via telephone communication systems, maintaining a high level of service quality.
Manage multiple client interactions simultaneously by efficiently multitasking without compromising service standards.
Adapt to the pressure of call center operations while maintaining composure and delivering consistent results.
Stay informed about financial market trends and products to offer relevant advice and support to clients.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of financial markets and improve telemarketing and sales skills.
