HHC Closer

Errands Services is seeking experienced and motivated Healthcare Campaign (HHC) Closers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months’ hands-on closing experience within healthcare sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified leads into successful closures.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with prospective customers.
- Clearly explain campaign services, address customer concerns, and effectively handle objections.
- Maintain a strong closing ratio and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Adhere to campaign procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall campaign performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months closing experience in a healthcare campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong abilities in objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results and performance goals.
- Professional attitude, confidence, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience specifically within an HHC campaign is preferred.
- Base salary up to PKR 150,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Additional Information
- Work location is in-person, with a preference for candidates who can reliably commute to or are willing to relocate to Islamabad prior to starting.
