Warehouse Incharge

Seeking a dynamic Warehouse Incharge to oversee all warehouse operations efficiently. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in inventory management, including knowledge of inventory levels and stocktaking procedures.
Familiarity with invoicing processes, delivery challans, credit notes, and debit notes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation related to warehouse operations.
Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving and dispatching of goods.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials from suppliers.
Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular warehouse inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) [SAP] and other technology tools to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, sales, and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
