We are hiring a Site SupervisorOn-field supervision and execution of various Civil Works. Arranging and managing labor to complete site tasks. Daily reporting and feedback as per directions of command office.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, sections, details and construction documents and interpret the same to labor and sub-contractors at site.
- Layout and lead the site execution activities including leveling work, concrete cutting, plaster, concrete mixing, pouring, shuttering, concreting, and other relevant works.
- Must have previous experience on construction projects during all stages from excavation till finishing/grey structure.
- Ability to measure and compute quantities.
- Verify sub-contractor's progress bill and making labor attendance sheets and other reports etc.
- Create Project Schedule.
- Review Work Progress on daily basis & timely submission of Progress Reports to Stakeholders.
- Track and maintain tools and equipment.
- Maintain safety at work
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Must have the knowledge of latest market rates
- Must have own conveyance
