We are a (Kitchen and Bathroom Ware) company specializing in providing Countertops and cabinets for kitchens and bathrooms in Canada. We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Specialist to join our team and implement various human resources programs at our Main Gulberg Office in Lahore. If you have a passion for HR and the belief that strategic HR drive business results, this is the place to be. Your role as an HR Specialist will be far from one-dimensional. You'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like Recruiting, developing department processes, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluation.

Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent in HR.
Experience/Skills: Minimum of five years of HR-related job experience
- Proven people management skills, including experience in employee relations; strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
