HR Officer

Hifsa Khan Salon & Studio is seeking a dedicated HR Officer with a minimum of two years of experience to manage and support the human resource functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring smooth management of a team of two persons. This role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and maintaining a positive, productive workplace environment. The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting employee relations, performance monitoring through KPIs, and staff development. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as this position requires managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and coordinating HR initiatives that foster growth and engagement within the team.
Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations and supervise a team of two HR staff members.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to assess workforce effectiveness.
Support recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
Facilitate employee relations to promote a positive working environment and resolve workplace issues.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and organizational standards.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
