We are looking for "Office Assistant"

  • .Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Computer Knowledge
  • English written skills
  • Office operations and correspondence
  • Accounts (Banking related work, Ledger, typing letters)
  • Attractive Salary Package 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: BA(Hons)
  • Own Conveyance is Required 
  • Strong Computer Skills Mandatory
  • Strong grip on Microsoft world and excel
