- Billing Management (management of billing operations as per pre-defined company guidelines from trigger to submission).
- Value added Tax (VAT) invoice management (ensure timely and accurately issuance of VAT invoices and submission).
- Monitoring of contract fulfilment status Responsible for contract fulfillment status monitoring and promoting timely solving of fulfillment abnormities.
- Provide one-stop information service from order to cash so as to support information inquiry; regularly publish the analysis report for contract fulfillment abnormities and expose abnormal contract fulfillment statuses so as to support business decision-makings.
- Monitor the billing and revenue recognition process and pro-actively push related depts to solve the problem.
- Regularly analyze the business status and send the report timely.
- Closure Management of the contracts as per company defined rules and regulations.
- Reconciliation of ERP/Excel base records on as and when required basis.
- Reporting and presentation skills especially in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Interpersonal skills, excellent documentation, communication skills and language expertise (speaking, writing and listening in English language).
- Moderate computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills with Professional Phone Manner.
