Responsibilities
1. Take responsibility for Optical projects delivery, such as SDH/DWDM network construction and expansion.
2. Take responsibility for Installation, Commissioning, Configuration & Testing, Routine Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Upgradation & Expansion of SDH and DWDM Equipment
3. Responsible for Integration of 100G / 40G / 10G wavelengths on OTN NG-WDM, Cutover activities for traffic shifting and migration.
4. Take responsibility for technical management organization, technical issue & risk management, network safety, equipment commissioning, and optimization
Service Skills Requirements
1. Good English skills, and strong willingness & commitment to work.
2. HCIX certification are preferred.
3. Good communication skills, service awareness, team spirit, and strong execution ability.
4. A good team player with solid proof of task achievement while working in a team.
Professional Knowledge Requirements
1. Be familiar with Reconstructing the existing OLA to ROADM, Adding a new OLA or ROADM node between two nodes, commission the optical-layer ASON services. etc.
2. 5+ Years’ experience with SDH/DWDM & OTN Networks
3. Have good knowledge about Huawei OSN9800, OSN1800V, OSN8800 products would be preferred.
