A prestigious restaurant requires an experienced Tandoori Chef.
- You will be working as part of an already well-established team and will be required to undertake duties consistent with this appointment.
- You may from time to time be called on to perform other tasks to meet the needs of the business including menu improvement and wastage control.
- Able to cook Tandoori dishes of high quality in a high-pressure restaurant kitchen environment.
- Maintain a cooking speed, and consistency in blending in-house spices, preparing sauces, and using the right balance of spices, herbs & ingredients to produce consistent flavor.
