- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Inform to employees about policies and procedures of the hospital
- Develop the deployment of staff accordingly.
- Create the employee ID with a proper filling of employment forms on the system
- Enroll the new employee on bio-machine for attendance record.
- Check and update the employee time in/out, early departure on daily basis, and report to authorities.
- Maintain the employee record.
- Check the physical presence of contract employees like sweepers and security guards and report to authorities.
- HR Executive has to maintain & record overtime of an employee and must solve related issue/s
