• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Inform to employees about policies and procedures of the hospital
  • Develop the deployment of staff accordingly. 
  • Create the employee ID with a proper filling of employment forms on the system
  • Enroll the new employee on bio-machine for attendance record.
  • Check and update the employee time in/out, early departure on daily basis, and report to authorities.
  • Maintain the employee record. 
  • Check the physical presence of contract employees like sweepers and security guards and report to authorities.
  • HR Executive has to maintain & record overtime of an employee and must solve related issue/s
  • Must look for new tactics for the betterment of the organization and HR system.
