Store Helper

Hiranis Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated Store Helper with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our inventory operations efficiently. The candidate will play a vital role in managing stock, ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the store, and assisting with the receipt and dispatch of products. This role requires overseeing a team of 22 persons, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining seamless communication to uphold the companys standards of inventory management and store operations. The successful Store Helper will work closely with various departments to track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement effective stock control procedures. The individual must ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to the overall productivity of the store environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a substantial team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting are essential to this role.
Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of 22 store personnel to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
Organize and maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store to facilitate quick access to products.
Support the implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to monitor stock movement and forecast inventory needs.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical storage and handling.
Train and guide store team members on inventory processes, safety protocols, and company best practices.
Identify and report any inventory issues or operational challenges promptly to management for resolution.
Assist in generating daily reports on stock status and team performance to contribute to continuous improvement.
