Join HireMorph as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and play a key role in supporting real estate professionals by managing critical administrative and operational tasks. In this position, you will handle various responsibilities such as managing property listings on multiple listing services (MLS), coordinating appointments, maintaining customer relationships through CRM platforms, and assisting with transaction processes. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth progression of real estate transactions and ensure timely compliance with deadlines. This role requires at least three years of experience in a similar capacity, with strong communication skills and proficiency in real estate tools and software. You will not be managing a team, but you will operate independently to deliver high-quality support, organize market research data, and maintain accurate documentation. Good spoken English is advantageous to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate listings and update property details accurately using MLS and CRM software.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management to ensure timely meetings and property showings.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships through professional communication and effective use of Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Perform lead generation by extracting and qualifying potential client information using lead extraction tools.
  • Assist with transaction coordination, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and compliance management to support seamless real estate closings.
  • Conduct market research to gather relevant data and provide insights that assist real estate agents in decision making.
  • Handle email management, responding to inquiries and organizing correspondence efficiently.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data entries related to clients, properties, and transactions in various systems.
  • Ensure document management practices are followed to maintain up-to-date and well-organized files for audits and reviews.
  • Track deadlines and compliance tasks rigorously to help avoid delays or regulatory issues in property transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and task completion.
