We are seeking a dedicated ACA Self Closer to join our team in Rawalpindi on a full-time basis. This role requires working onsite during the night shift and focuses on closing ACA and health insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident approach to customer interactions, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. This position offers a competitive basic salary along with attractive commissions and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and guide them through the sales process to successfully close ACA and health insurance policies.
- Maintain a target-oriented approach to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Manage customer objections confidently and provide solutions that encourage policy closure.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ACA or health insurance closing is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to convince and influence customers effectively.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions and closing sales independently.
- Motivated and target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
