HIRING — SHORT SERIES DIRECTOR / FILMMAKER (Fresher and Experienced both can apply)

We are seeking a creative and passionate Film/Drama Director or Filmmaker to lead the direction and shooting of an upcoming 8-episode web series. This project involves a total combined duration of approximately 40 minutes. The ideal candidate will take on the roles of Director, Filmmaker, and Camera Operator, managing both the creative and technical aspects of the production. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and individuals with a strong creative vision, even if they do not have prior professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the entire web series, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative throughout all episodes.
- Plan scenes, shots, and camera angles in advance to support the storytelling.
- Personally handle and operate the camera during filming, ensuring high-quality visuals.
- Direct actors and manage scene performances to achieve the desired emotional impact.
- Maintain visual continuity and support the overall storytelling through effective cinematography.
- Capture photography or still shots as required for promotional or creative purposes.
- Oversee the overall creative and visual execution of the project, ensuring it aligns with the intended vision.

Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Film, Television, Drama, Theatre, Film Direction, Cinematography, Media Production, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of film/drama direction, cinematography, shot composition, camera work, and visual storytelling.
- Must own professional camera equipment suitable for web series production and be capable of operating it independently.
- Ability to independently plan and execute scenes during production without supervision.
- Creative, responsible, and passionate about filmmaking.
- Fresh graduates or individuals new to the industry are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate the necessary skills and creative insight.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates who have studied at reputable institutions such as the National College of Arts (NCA), Beaconhouse National University (BNU), or other recognized programs in Film, Television, Media, Drama, or Theatre are preferred. This project offers a fee of Rs. 30,000 and is based in Lahore.
